That sadness is for his family, friends, and for all of us who will not hear his powerful, joyful and distinctive expression of Christian love again.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHe was a good friend of the Scottish Episcopal Church and his visit to our Provincial Conference held at St Andrews in 1995 was a formative moment in our history.
