Lynn is a play designer and Lecturer at Abertay University. She works with undergraduate students in Computer Arts and Game Design and Production and supervises postgraduate projects relating to experimental play design, esports and applied video games. When not teaching games and technical art at Abertay, Lynn researches social play, the use of play to reframe our perspectives about all aspects of life and seeks to promote the benefits of participation in play to all. As a member of Abertay Game Lab, she creates interactive games and installations that aim to bring people together. Recently she collaborated on a playful chalkscape installation at V&A Dundee and an outdoor multiplayer arcade machine at Whale Song Park. Lynn is also a member of the board of directors for London-based festival of experimental game design Now Play This and an associate of Play:Disrupt.
