Claire Cousins

Claire is a Lecturer in earth sciences at the University of St Andrews. Her cross-disciplinary research is focused on the robotic exploration of Mars and icy moons, with the view to search for evidence of microbial life beyond Earth. She studied at Cardiff University and then University College London, moving to St Andrews in 2015 while undertaking a Royal Society of Edinburgh Research Fellowship. She is also interested in science communication and exploring the interface between science and art.
