Laura has been at RBS for 7 years holding roles in Group Strategy, Product strategy & Planning and Unsecured Lending Pricing before joining Everyday banking and taking up her current position managing the current account product and customer journey. She has a specific interest in financial capability and the role NatWest and other institutions can play at an individual customer and wider societal level. Before joining RBS she spent 10 years at Coalition, an investment banking and capital markets strategy consultancy where she worked with a range of Investment Banks in London, New York and Mumbai on strategic benchmarking and human capital projects. Laura has a BSc in Physical Geography from the University of Bristol and is currently participating in the NatWest Climate Change Transformation Programme delivered by Edinburgh University Business School. She lives in Edinburgh with her husband and 2 children.
