MATERIAL FOR TIMES OF LAMENT
The College of Bishops has authorised for experimental use eucharistic and non-eucharistic liturgies for times of lament. Lament is not only about bemoaning suffering tragedy in the world, but also about acknowledging God’s sovereignty, remembering God’s saving work in the past, and discerning God’s continuing work in the present and into the future – and committing ourselves to being part of that work of transforming the world, so that humanity may live in justice and peace.

COLLECTS
The Collects for experimental use can be found here.
The Rev Dr Lisa Curtice talks in this video about the Revised Collects for Sundays, Holy Days, Saints’ Days and Special Occasions throughout the Year which have been authorised for experimental use within the Scottish Episcopal Church by the College of Bishops. The period for consultation is coming to an end, and final feedback is sought on these collects by the end of this year.
